We currently ship within India only.
2. Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (7-8 business days): Free on all orders above ₹999. A ₹50 charge applies to orders below ₹999.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after verification.

Dispatch happens within 1-2 working days post-confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before marking the order as undeliverable.

If you are unavailable during delivery, you can reschedule it through the tracking link.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us.

In case of lost or damaged shipments, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

A ₹100 handling fee applies per return/exchange.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
