Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment of products purchased on SAKU Retails Private Limited’s official website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

`1. Shipping Locations 

We currently ship within India only. 


2. Shipping Options & Costs 

  • Standard Shipping (7-8 business days): Free on all orders above ₹999. A ₹50 charge applies to orders below ₹999. 

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances. 


3. Order Processing & Dispatch 

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after verification. 

  • Dispatch happens within 1-2 working days post-confirmation. 

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. 


4. Order Tracking 

You can track your order via: 

  • A tracking link sent via email & WhatsApp after dispatch. 

  • The "Track Your Order" page on our website. 

  • The "My Account" section on our website. 


5. Delivery Process 

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before marking the order as undeliverable. 

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, you can reschedule it through the tracking link. 


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us. 

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue. 


7. Returns & Exchanges 

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 

  • A ₹100 handling fee applies per return/exchange. 

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. 


8. Payment Options 

We support the following payment methods: 

  • Credit/Debit Cards 

  • Net Banking & UPI 

  • Wallets & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment 


9. Order Modifications & Cancellations 

  • Changes or cancellations are possible before dispatch only. 

  • Once the shipping process has started, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
