- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for size changes only (same product, style & color), subject to stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued (valid for 180 days).
- Initiate a return/exchange by emailing Care@saku.co.in with your Order ID & reason. A ₹100 reverse shipment fee applies.
- All returned items undergo a 2–4 day quality inspection. Post-approval, processing takes 3–5 working days. Items failing quality checks (used, damaged, or missing tags) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Products bought during EOSS sales are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
